5 · IMPACTSettled into place. A working product.

525 is an independent studio that designs and builds websites, configurators, portals and ERP integrations for engineered products.

Websites that understand your product's engineering.

We make websites, configurators and dealer portals for made-to-measure products. We work out the maths of your product with you, write the code ourselves and pass each order to your ERP ready for production.

Configurators

2D and 3D configurators that only show options you can actually build for the chosen size and material, work out the price on the spot and pass the order to your ERP.

Five steps. Same order, every project. We trust method, not hunches. Everything we measure in the last step becomes the first input of the next round.

The engineering behind the site

  • Rules

A configurator that knows the rules

They offer only options that can actually be built, based on dimensions, materials and technical limits.

  • Pricing

    Parametric pricing and quotes

As choices change, the price and the technical summary are calculated instantly.

  • Data

    Pages that speak technical data

Product dimensions, drawings and catalogues come from a single source, never copied by hand.

  • Flow

    From sales to production

An enquiry from the site arrives in the system your team works in as ready-to-use data.

TensaFlex Dealer Portal

A dealer portal for made-to-measure products. The dealer enters the dimensions, sees the product in 3D and gets their own price instantly; the quote goes through approval and becomes a pre-order.

    Live 3D configurator

As the dealer enters dimensions, the product is redrawn instantly in the browser, with dimension labels shown on the model.

  • Architecture

    Role-based access

Each dealer sees only their own quotes and the terms assigned to them; all calculations run on the server.

  • Flow

    From quote to pre-order

Each quote goes through approval, becomes a pre-order and produces a dimensioned PDF quote sheet.

525Lab · Live

Give us the floor height, we will work out the stair.

525Lab is the studio's workshop. Calculation engines, configurators and tools are developed here and connected to client sites through 525lab.com.

A small sample of the calculation logic we build into websites. Change the floor height, the width or the plan. The steps are recalculated and the price and dimensions update.

We build what hasn't been built.

Has it been done before?

Originality

If not, even better. Most of our work starts with "is this even possible?", and we answer it with a working prototype.

Is there a template?

From scratch

We don't dress up ready-made themes. Every project is designed and built from the ground up around its own problem.

And the details?

Rigor

The unseen parts of the code are craftsmanship too. We check security, speed and data accuracy before anyone asks.

Is it done?

Ownership

Going live isn't the end. We own the work like our own product, measure it and keep improving it.

Why 525?

05:25

DXXV

It all started with an early morning hour: 05:25.

The city wasn't awake yet. Offices were closed, meetings hadn't started, and no one had said "this is how it's done." That's when an idea is at its purest. No one has drawn its limits yet, and it doesn't have to fit any template.

525 was founded for the ideas born at that hour.

  1. 01

    It reads the same backwards.

5-2-5 reads the same from start to end and from end to start. Whichever end you look at the work from, you should find the same care: the promise made at the start still holds at delivery.

  2. 02

    The 2 in the middle.

Between the two fives stands a two. On one side is the person who brings the idea, on the other the studio that brings it to life. At 525, work takes shape in the middle, together. Nothing is ordered and handed over; it is built together.

  3. 03

    DXXV.

That's how the Romans wrote 525. So we left a small reminder in the corner of our footer: good craftsmanship is nothing new. Only the tools change. We try to give pixels the care a master mason gave to stone.

  4. 04

    So why a number?

Because a number makes no claims and fits no mould. Words like "digital", "technology" and "solutions" are in the names of thousands of companies. 525 is like a blank canvas; our work decides what it comes to mean.

  5. 05

    A living 525.

That's also why the 525 on our home page isn't static. It changes with where the sun is and what the weather is doing in whichever city you're visiting from. To us, 525 is a clock: the clock of those who start the day early to make something new.

525: Starting the day early to build what hasn't been built before.

Start small.

You do not have to start with a big project. We can begin with a short piece of work with a fixed price and timeline.
